Baby Taz

I'm new to Paint.NET and this is the first time really using it. I layered 2 semi transparent backgrounds with the photo of my pup on top of them and then I used the smudge effect plugin on 2 coloured layers of a Polaroid frame and put them on top of it all. I didnt alter the photo of my pup at all...his eyes glow blue in most of his pictures!!

I know it's nothing compared to the works I've seen in dA but I'm happy with it....so try to be kind with any comments please!! (o: Thanks
